Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
